African Mahogany is a beautiful hardwood native to tropical Africa. The wood ranges from pale pink to a deeper reddish-brown, sometimes with streaks of medium to dark reddish-brown. The grain is mostly straight but can be interlocked, adding visual interest. African Mahogany is moderately hard, durable and relatively dense.
