What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We make use of The Courier Guy (TCG) to deliver items purchased to our customers. TCG has been found to be reliable and cost effective.

The cost of delivery is calculated after you have selected the items you want to purchase and place them in the cart. Once you enter your full delivery address, a delivery charge will be calculated and will be reflected clearly.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We make use of Payfast.

Alternatively, an EFT can be done into our bank account. In this instance, your order will be processed once the payment reflects in the account.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery will take between 1 -3 days to major cities.

Should an urgent delivery be required, contact us on info@woodcraftsgalore.co.za. Urgent deliveries can be done overnight or for the next day but will incur higher delivery prices.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and we will not share any personal or confidential information of our clients.

Our providers, The Courier Guy and Payfast are also POPIA compliant. More information on their compliance is available on their respective websites.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After an order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement via email. Progress updates on your order will be provided.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice.
