One of the major investments in our business is the solid wood we use to craft our products. We believe that quality should never be compromised, which is why we choose to work exclusively with responsibly sourced, premium solid wood. While there’s always the temptation to opt for cheaper alternatives, we’ve built our reputation on reliability and trust by sticking to the best materials.

To secure the finest wood at the most reasonable prices, we’ve established strong relationships with multiple sawmills and wood suppliers who have been in the industry for many years.

Our workshop is equipped with a mix of brand-new machinery and high-quality second-hand machines, which we’ve carefully serviced to ensure they operate at peak performance. We’ve found that Ryobi, in particular, offers excellent reliability, so we’ve chosen to remain loyal to this brand for most of our equipment.

To keep our overheads low, we operate from a compact, cost-effective facility in Edenvale, Johannesburg. Our lean approach extends to our workforce as well. We have a dedicated person overseeing all manufacturing, and we bring in additional labour on an as-needed basis, which helps us manage labour costs efficiently.

By selling directly to the end consumer from our workshop and eliminating any middlemen, we’re able to offer high-quality products at incredibly competitive prices.
