Discover Our Unmatched Commitment to Quality, Transparency, and Customer-Centric Craftsmanship

Our Commitment to Quality

At Woodcrafts Galore, we believe in using only the best materials. That’s why we exclusively work with solid wood for all our products. We guide our clients in choosing the most suitable wood for their needs. For instance, while pine is a great wood, it’s not ideal for cutting boards due to its softness, which can easily be damaged by knives.

Transparent Pricing

We encourage our customers to do their research, compare options, and understand the true value of what they’re purchasing. For example, it’s rare to find a 35mm thick, solid hardwood, custom-engraved cutting board for just R470 anywhere else in South Africa. Our pricing is designed to be fair and competitive, offering exceptional value for the quality we provide.

Direct-to-Public Sales

We cut out the middlemen by selling directly to our customers through our website and social media platforms. This approach ensures that our products are available to everyone straight from our workshop, without any additional mark-ups from third parties.

Custom Engraving Services

Personalization is at the heart of what we do. We offer custom engraving services, working closely with our clients to create designs that resonate with them. After discussing the client’s requirements, we provide at least two or three design options for them to choose from. Once approved, the chosen design is engraved into the wood at a depth of 2 to 3mm, ensuring it lasts for decades. These custom engravings make for ideal, sentimental gifts that can be cherished and passed down through generations. We use a laser engraver to achieve precise and lasting results.

Customer-Centric Approach

As a new company, we’re dedicated to building a loyal client base by delivering quality products and exceptional service. We welcome challenges and embrace opportunities to expand our skills, even taking on projects we haven’t done before. For instance, we’re currently working on an engraved pine wood piece that will be epoxy-treated and used as a tombstone—an exciting new venture for us.
